I was amazed and delighted to read of the progress of Dr. Chung. I contacted her a few years ago and she stated that she was not looking for excess energy. She said the effect was due to “entropy currents” and was not of much value. I see she has not given up. Apparently the latest device produces enough electrical power to deflect a volt meter. She is now trying to find out where the energy comes from. It has been my goal to get an electrical current directly from a cold fusion reaction. It appears that the energy of a cold fusion reaction is down shifted in frequency from the gamma ray spectrum to the thermal spectrum. The downshifting is an integral part of my “constants of the motion theory”. I was hoping to get the energy to downshift a order of magnitude more and then to extract the radio frequency energy with a diode. Apparently Debora Chung does not even need a diode. She is producing direct current electrical energy. My guess is that a Josephson junction within the material is converting the high frequency vibrational energy into direct electrical current. She is employing inexpensive carbon to construct her superconductor. She has found a way to get around using expensive palladium. Proton mobility is a key to a successful cold fusion reaction. I can’t figure out where the mobile protons are in her system. Could a josephson junction be pushing protons around?
Keep going Debroa. You are on to something big. Don’t let the likes of Robert Park get you down. _http://www.buffalo.edu/news/fast-execute.cgi/article-page.html?article=3362 0009&hilite=negative_ (http://www.buffalo.edu/news/fast-execute.cgi/article-page.html?article=33620009&hilite=negative) Frank Znidarsic **************Mortgage rates drop to record lows. $200,000 for $1,029/mo Fixed.
