Hi There are a number of misconceptions in that animation. Regarding the nature of perception, by example. And although valid of course as a purely imaginative exercise, those interpretations of higher dimensions are not very useful, in my opinion. No wonder string theorists haven't produced useful results in so many years: It's supposed that your physical model must narrow down the number of possibilities or modes of being of things, to be useful to grasp reality. To try to encompass all of them, at least just as potentialities, is not only insane, but absurd. There's even a book on the subject of the real usefulness of String theory, called "Not even wrong", if I recall correctly. I can't say for sure, because I haven't studied String theory, but according to that presentation, it just looks like an extremely bloated scientific formulation of the Anthropic principle. Best regards, Mauro
