During the duration of this neon discharge, about 5 ms with an interruption
time of at least 48-50 ms, where the discharge is not evident; during the
discharge itself the sending high induction coil records a scope recorded air
core magnetic vibration whereby using the quarter wavelength standard; the time
period for the electrical impulse to transverse the eight mile length of wire
at c and respond as a quarter wave resonator then exhibits itself as a high
frequency ringdown occuring ~ every three 60 hz cycles, ~50 ms.

The frequency of this scope registered ringdown, or neodymium held magnet in
the vicinity of the poles is shown to be ~3600 hz. This is ~ 66% of the value
by 1/4 wave calculations, showing how internal capacity will slow the linear
vibration itself.
