I noticed that when the 23 seriesed 1/8 in. spaced 6*6 sq. inch plates of my
wall voltage 1000 or better watt DC rectified electrolysizor device is
working, even more conduction results when the vessel is topped off with an
inch or so extra electrolyte on top of the plates. Is this extra amount of
amperage consumption some kind of leakage current around the plates themselves,
resulting in less efficiency of gas production? Should the surrounding
insulated vessel itself then be in close proximity to the plate edges, if this
leakage current is a issue?
