The other day I reported:

"Proceedings May Or May Not Be Published Online. It is unclear whether the Proceedings will be made available online or not. . . ."

The conference secretary got back to us and said the proceedings will definitely be published on line at the ENEA site, and copyright by the ENEA. Plus it would be okay for LENR-CANR to copy them provided we keep the copyright notice and a link to the original ENEA website location. That's entirely reasonable.

The submission deadline is November 30, 2009. I hope the ENEA will stick to this and pressure on the authors to submit papers promptly. Some ICCF-14 authors were very late. The book still has not come out. However, authors granted me permission to upload 46 out of the 66 papers submitted so at least you can read the papers. The delay in publishing the book is not my fault, by the way. I finished editing and reformatting the papers months ago. I finished most papers within a week or two of receiving them. Some of them were a lot of work.

I have no role whatever in preparing the ICCF-15 papers. The ENEA staff is very professional with formatting. They don't need any help from me on that! The English in some of the abstracts has apparently not been edited. Individual authors are welcome to contact me anytime for assistance with English. I think the ENEA plans to edit the papers, and presumably that means improving the English. Their website says:

"Papers will be published on the ENEA Conference Proceedings Series and the final publication of the contributions will be subjected to the standard peer review process of such a Journal."

That's good!
