I gather certain Hydrino discussion forums have been where noted individuals, like Dr. Peter Zimmerman, a vocal critic of Mill's CQM theory, have been able to achieve a special kind of notoriety for which that they might not have otherwise acquired. It should also be noted that Dr. Zimmerman has acted in the role of a science adviser to Senator Biden, that is when Joe Biden was a senator.
