The author, along with many others, thinks that atomic nuclei have structure, rather than being an undifferentiated mass of particles. ... Speaking of structured nucleus theories... Mark Porringa is another individual who advocates his own "Revolutionary Atomic Model", one that shows the nucleus to be something akin to a lattice crystal structure. Interestingly, he has his own interpretation of Dr. Mill's hydrino hydrogen model, calling his hydrogen atom the "Hydreno" A few years I seem to recall Mark popping in briefly to inform the Vort Collective of his interpretation of the GUT.
