a...@lomax design.com
I just tried to send this message with the above having no space and
received the following error message:
"The server response was: Delivery resource unavailable
[dm0213.4aedd664.3268]"
I put the blank in and here is the result.
Weird. I did some searching and found one online web site (an online
store) that had lomaxdesign.com listed as a "spam domain." I.e., mail
from lomaxdesign.com would be rejected. Stupid. Spammers spoof From
header addresses all the time, and my address and my domain have long
been used. Happens to anyone with a stable address that they find.
The better way to detect spam is with the good IP blacklists.
But that you aren't permitted to *send* that in your message is
totally weird. Your ISP is treating *you* like a potential spammer.
It has happened that hackers have managed to place images on my
domain, I was never able to find out exactly how they did it, the
logs were deleted.... and the domain host couldn't find backups. So
it could have happened at one time that something in spam was
*hosted* -- like an image of a Viagra medication or the like -- on
lomaxdesign.com. Again, though, your email should not be stopped by
your ISP. I'd suggest having a talk with them, if it bothers you. And
I'd like to know why they are blocking it!
