Here is a message from Alexei Roussetski.
I announce with deep regret the death of my friend and colleague Dr. Andrei Lipson.
He died suddenly yesterday evening 01.11.2009 in the prime of life. The death was a result of cardiac insufficiency. All Russian CMNS community grieves about this loss.
Professor Chernov and I will try to continue our common projects in memory of our friend.
