Drive the collapse of essentially stoichiometric bubbles  
acoustically, and the extra energy focused might be enough for hot  
fusion. Problem then is keeping the bubbles away from metal surfaces  
where they can be injected, or maybe using a powdered metal surface  
instead of a mesh so it can easily be recycled.
