A couple of years ago, I received a bulk email from Joseph Newman about his machinery. The postal mail address was within walking distance of my residence in Scottsdale, Arizona US, so I assumed that Joseph lived quite near me at the time. I decided to contact him and ask to come over and visit, thinking to myself that he probably had one of his devices in his garage and would love to show it to me.
Looking up the address, it turned out to be a UPS store which has post office boxes for rent. Again I assumed he'd rent a post office box near his residence. When I wrote him, however, his spokesperson was not accomodating and said I had to go to one of his public demonstrations. End of story :-( .
