One addition of possible interest is on Page 11 of 18, where it is noted a lambda0 -> p + pi- decay, recipitated by proton, 12C or 16O knock-on, might be an alternate explanation for the Spawar observed triple tracks, potentially attributed to a 12C(n,n')3alpha reaction.
