Here Miley specifically talks about two different devices, a high power IEC
device and low power CF devices. I fail to see the connection you appear to be
implying. BTW it amazes me that someone with his credentials could suggest the
IEC device at all, particularly in the same breath as suggesting a LENR based
device. Surely it is abundantly obvious that the first technology to become
commercially feasible is going to "wipe the floor" with all the rest?
