I sent a message to Google development, but generally speaking it is impossible for someone like me to break through the bureaucracy at a place like Google. I asked some cold fusion researchers and Distinguished Professor types to contact them.
People like Weihl at organizations such as Google, and celebrities such as Al Gore, generally surround themselves with many layers of subordinates and cyber tools to filter their mail. I expect that a message that includes the words "cold fusion" is automatically diverted to the spam filter. It is a waste of time trying to contact such people. From his book and other statements, I get the impression that Gore doesn't have much technical knowledge in any case, and he would not understand technical papers about cold fusion. The DIA report might sway him but as I said, I doubt I could bring it to his attention.
To give credit where it is due, Gore does have some technical knowledge. He did make important contributions to the Internet, just as he claimed. It was highly unfair and distorted for people to criticize him or claim he said he "invented it." The people who actually did invent it have nothing but praise for him. See:
