Yes. But such an exotic species might not involve "negative entropy" so much
as "accelerated entropy". The former implies an active gain while the later
implies a hyperactive loss mechanism. 

Presumably the loss would go directly into the zero point field bypassing
the normal blackbody thermodynamics. This is in contrast to being able to
draw from ZPE - as we often theorize is the best way to find anomalous gain.
Yet the irony is that it could still be just as useful in the reversed way.

The precise way in which a anomalously lossy material could be valuable (in
addition to free 'air conditioning' ;) would surely be as an instant heat
sink for ambient.
