Maybe useful scientifically, though personally I think there are
numerous experiments that have much more promise in terms of moving
toward practically useful results. Neutrinos, like cosmic rays, may
be involved in triggering some events, but do not seem to me to be
capable of being the fundamental drivers of any of the kinds of large
quantity events that have been observed. It takes a lot more than
triggering energy or events to understand LENR, especially to
understand the lack of energetic signatures in heavy element
transmutation.
