Amazingly, almost ignores an amazing yet undeniable fact: A pressurized cavity with only one open side is a good first-approximation of a rocket. If a genuine flux-enhanced cavity is really possible, like any other pressurized cavity with one open side, it would experience a net force acting toward the ceiling of the cavity. The Z-PEC Thruster consists of a macroscopic plate that is covered on one one side with nanoscopic cavities. Just as unbalanced forces in the environment impart energy and momentum to a sailboat, so also will induced unbalanced forces in the Quantum-Flux impart energy and momentum to a Z-PEC Plate. One of these cavities is illustrated below. Inducing the changes in the Quantum-Flux does not create an opposite reaction force in Casimir's One-Moving Plate, neither will it do so with a Z-PEC Plate. This has great implications for energy generation and transportation throughout the Earth and Solar System.
