[Vo]:OFF TOPIC Bishop is "a little quirky"

This is no laughing matter, but I could not help noticing this 
comment in the New York Times description of Dr. Bishop, the 
biologist who shot and killed three people:

"[Mr. Reeves] and others who knew Dr. Bishop described her as a 
normal person, perhaps a little quirky but no more so than most 
scientists. They expressed total shock at the shootings."
