Oops. I just realized these books have some papers by Swartz. I should probably delete them from the LENR-CANR version, or he may file suit against me.

On the other hand, these books are from the EPRI site and anyone can see that my copy is exactly the same as theirs, including the Swartz papers, so perhaps I shouldn't bother.

Note that Swartz threatened to sue me for three reasons:

1. I offered to upload a paper. (My advice: never offer to do him a favor!)

2. I quoted and discussed his work. (As it happens, I praised his work, but it turns out that any mention at all gets you a registered return-request letter. I'd hate to see what he sends to people who find fault in his work.)

3. He claims I changed the content of one of his papers before offering to upload it.

Since anyone can compare my ICCF-4 version to EPRI's it is clear I did not do that, but perhaps I should stay on the safe side and just delete his stuff.

The ICCF-14 book will be unique to LENR-CANR when I first upload it, so I will take no chances, and remove his papers except for the titles and Table of Contents listings. I should probably clear everything of his out of the LENR-CANR index as well. No point in asking for trouble. Let him sue EPRI and the ENEA.

By the way, the original EPRI download sites are listed in the LENR-CANR index and on the first page of each book, if you would like to see the nuclear reactor pages that got mixed in with Vol. 2.
