Yes, a flock of geese brought down an AWACS here on take off from
Elmendorf AFB too. But sinking a ship is another matter altogether.

They must have been diving birds, because the hole was below water line.
BTW, I recall reading a year or more ago that a lab blew up in South
Korea taking out a number of blocks. Kind of reminded me of the
scene where Keanu Reeves is riding his motor cycle to escape the
runaway CF generated hydrogen blast. I never heard if the cause of
the Korean explosion was identified though.
