Whoa - how bizarre is that?

Someone has copied and enhanced a speculative theory that I posted to
vortex, but then quickly rejected on the following day, due to the feedback
(and the normal level of typos and inaccuracies). Of course, that part is
never mentioned.

I'm kinda glad they did not directly mention the source ... but of course
the hot link goes back to the vortex archives. So the history of this will
omit the revision of the hypothesis in favor or the inaccurate info. It will
probably take a long time to explain this.

In this day and age of instant dissemination of information (bad and good) .
it is no wonder that so much bogosity ends up getting way too much
attention.

There is a lesson in there somewhere .

... like never post anything publicly that one has not privately vetted ???
