SHAUBACH. <http://hydrino.org/documents/anomalous-heat-from-atomic-hydrogen.pdf> http://hydrino.org/documents/anomalous-heat-from-atomic-hydrogen.pdf , It seems to indicate a thin surface layer with plenty of circulation during saturation as opposed to Arata style powders that seem to indicate an active region throughout instead of just the interface layer but less circulation. Has anyone yet combined the larger active regions with high circulation while saturated
