This promises to be a very important paper in the taking the A-Z nanopowder
to the next stage of development. 

 

It could be even more relevant in the context of EEStor. if, as Lawandy
implies, there is a connection with dielectrics vis-a-vis "like-charge
nullification" of the Coulomb barrier on the surface of dielectrics.

 

BTW - This gentleman is the prolific inventor of "Laser Paint" among other
things which you may never have heard of ..
