The ICCF-16 web site does not appear to be functional. The "Intent to Participate" pre-registration screen does not work. See:
http://www.iscmns.org/iccf16/intent_to_participate.htm When you fill it in and try to go to the next screen, it gives an error: "Error, Field Country is required.” That’s what it told me, anyway, and I was careful to fill in all fields. The registration screen did not work either. I have two credit cards but it would not take either of them. It gave me a strange error message for one, and for the other it generated a refusal message from CitiBank, which is not my bank. These systems are supposed to know which bank you have based on the card number initial digits (Issuer Identification Number - IIN), but screen asks for the name of the bank and then gets it wrong. I worry that few if any people have registered for the conference. I relayed this info to Srinivasan. - Jed
