It would appear that offering congratulations might be appropriate. Congratulations, Frank. Perhaps your audacious theory may actually end up getting a fair shake at the dinner table after all. That's all you really wanted in the first place, and that's commendable. If you can spare a moment in the near future, could you possibly elaborate somewhat on whether your theory in any way incorporates (or perhaps I should say "allows for") the possibility of the existence of Dr. Mill's mysterious hydrinos? This also implies the alleged existence fractional ground states. Do you think the existence of hydrinos & fractional grounds states are possible within your theoretical framework? I'd love to acquire a better understanding of what similarities, as well as distinct differences, might exist between your theory and Dr. Mills' CQM theory. On the surface I gather both theories seem to possess aspects of what might be called a "classical" approach to quantum physics. Again, if you have the time... Your comments could be particularly interesting, especially as we witness BLP seemingly ramping up their PR machine to laud the alleged benefits of pursuing CIHT chemistry. Thanks, Frank.
