Jones, I think Frank's approach is valuable but I do not agree that by itself it would tell you the frequency range where these cavities couple to photons to become resonant, or more active due to quantum coupling, based on megahertz-meter - Nor do I necessarily accept that his value for megahertz-meter is correct. My great interest is that Frank might help me bridge a relationship between the Casimir formula, Gamma, and equivalent deceleration inside the cavity. The concept of a limit to space time elasticity may relate to the 137 inverse states and allow one to calculate the optimal Casimir geometry
but my posit requires change in Casimir force -leading to change in fractional values - to accumulate energy. My reference to being wrapped around this axle previously is demonstrated in referring to this as equivalent deceleration vs equivalent acceleration - we outside the cavity refer to this as acceleration or catalytic activity because reactions occur many time faster in catalyst as opposed to being outside the catalyst - my concept is upside down that we are racing away at a near luminal velocity relative to the reactants inside the cavity representing a 0 reference and it is we outside the cavity that slow down ... hence my term equivalent deceleration.
