Normally you think of objects approaching near luminal velocities as being 
relativistic, but lower velocity objects that are only a small fraction of C 
such as an orbiting GPS satelite will also accumulate small time dilations and 
have to be slightly updated a few times a year. The interesting thing here is 
that you also have some relativistic correction needed for equivalent 
acceleration - Not the spatial velocity of the orbit but rather the difference 
in equivalent acceleration between an observer on the earth who feels 9.8 
meters per second^2  vs. the satellite that feels zero gravity. The 
gravitational force we feel here on earth is in a different inertial frame 
relative to the synchronous satellite orbiting miles above us despite  being 
stationary relative to each other. The orbital velocity keeps the smaller mass 
from falling toward the larger mass but even without any orbital velocity the 
smaller mass would be in different inertial frames as it falls toward the 
larger mass until it matches equivalent acceleration by crashing into the 
larger mass - this difference in equivalent acceleration is an almost 
negligible fraction of C but it continues to constantly accumulate between 
different inertial frames- taken to extreme the spaceship caught in the 
equivalent acceleration of a black hole expereinces the same time dilation as 
the spatially accelerated spaceship in the twin paradox. It is this latter 
"type" of " relativistic effect due to "equivalent acceleration"  that I am 
discussing below regarding Casimir effect and relativistic hydrogen. Just as 
time dilation can occur in a gravity well on the macro scale I am positing that 
Casimir geometry performs an even more intriguing manipulation at the nano 
scale... Like the macro model of a gravity well being proportional to mass the 
Casimir geometry also tries to form a gravity well BUT at a very local scale 
and at a more accelerated rate it is shaped instead by geometry and suppression 
of vacuum fluctuation. Casimir plates suppress energy density in the cavity 
between the plates because longer wavelength fluctuations cannot fit between 
the plates in the normal way, the suppression also amplifies the ability of the 
exterior plates to accumulate gravity faster than normal mass - this force is 
very localized and falls off according to the normal  square law gradient 
outside the plates but my posit is that something quite different happens 
inside the plates. The plates are like wind filled sails with a small hole 
(cavity) in them where the pressure from the sails can be released at many 
times the ambient velocity. The exterior plates of Casimir geometry cause 
equivalent acceleration similar to normal mass but any small holes in the plate 
surface leading to the cavity between the plates utilize this accumulated 
reservoir to form a venturi where the force equalizes at many times the ambient 
levels like the wind whistling through a sail - resulting in "EQUIVALENT 
DECELERATION" where the energy density can be less than the ambient of open 
space in the same way the wind whistling through a sail can be many times 
faster than the ambient levels filling the sails. We outside the cavity in 
effect become the near luminal twin relative to the decelerated hydrogen inside 
the cavity (or negatively accelerated hydrogen if we intuitively use zero 
gravity as the reference). The Casimir material creates this differential in 
equivalent acceleration by shielding or suppressing the ambient energy density. 
This difference in energy density would be difficult to couple directionally 
but making a conjecture based on the presence of atomic gases in most of the 
anomalous heat energy claims I suggest an asymmetry in translation between 
different inertial frames caused by changes in Casimir geometry. My posit is 
that the atomic gas translates between different "equivalent" inertial frames 
freely while molecular gas is somewhat opposed - if the molecule is heated to a 
point less than disassociation this opposition can discount the energy needed 
to disassociate the molecule. The opposition would also oppose further 
migration to different inertial states but the gas flow through a cavity is 
similar to pressing a drill into a piece of wood while nature contributes the 
equivalent of drilling action in the form of gas law - the random motion of gas 
based on HUP... based on the chaotic sea of vacuum fluctuations keeps these gas 
atoms in motion regardless of opposition. The frequent appearance of pulsed 
operation in the energy schemes associated with these claims would also seem to 
make sense. The random motion of the molecules would still allow the atomic gas 
to displace the molecules being opposed to change in geometry and allow the 
atomic gas to form a protective film over the molecular gas but by pulsing the 
gas we interfere with this natural tendency and keep more of the molecules in 
opposition to their geometry - If this discounts the energy needed to 
disassociate the molecule below the energy released when the molecule formed 
you have runaway conditions.
