Arata has been talking about the spillover effect for many years, as
most readers here know. I believe he was the first in the field to talk
about this. He was the first in the field to talk about many things. He
richly deserves the accolades in the second volume of ICCF-14. He
deserves them but he wears them badly, because he is a "very unclubbable
man" as Samuel Johnson put it.
