every sub particle in our universe at what appears to be the constant rate
of C from our limited 3D perspective regardless of our acceleration making
us dependent on relativistic measure to discover when and where this rate
changes- If it stopped we would be unaware of it as it is our time rod and
if it wasnt there at all the orbitals would all collapse in the Puthoff
model I subscribe to with nothing keeping the orbital displaced from their
nucleii.
