There is important and neglected news from NASA this month – but the furthest
implications of this news may extend all the way down into the Casimir cavity…
or down into the LENR “matrix,” or both. It may be too early to look for NASA
weather-scale implications at a smaller geometry, at least for the mainstream
establishment to do so … but this is Vortex, and you heard it first here <g>.

Mundane natural processes, like stormy weather can create antimatter. We have
learned this recently. NASA’s Fermi Space Telescope has detected significant
antimatter, the
bizarre mirror-image form of ordinary matter, above thunderstorms on Earth.

In the case of thunderstorms, the antimatter detected could be formed directly
from energy (in the form of gamma radiation produced by lightning). Very
Einsteinian, so to speak. And it is a two-way street, where radiation converts
to matter, and then back again. In the partial vacuum of the ionosphere, the
lifetime of antimatter is extended.

Antimatter is nominally nonexistent on Earth, since the same processes which
create it, usually destroy it. Perhaps we should say it is difficult to detect,
since we are not sure that some varieties of condensed matter “shielding”
cannot disguise the effects which are more common than imagined – in the sense
of downshifting or resonantly scattering stronger radiation.

In the case of an energetic plasma, two photons can be created in annihilation
- each with energy equal to the rest mass of the electron or positron (511
keV). However, and this is important for LENR - it is also common for three
photons to be created in proximity to electrode surfaces - as this may be
necessary to conserve angular momentum states.

Based on this, there could be strange angular momentum states within a Casimir
cavity, or a kind of relativistic distortion in a Casimir cavity which
effectively makes more total photons, but of lesser energy. This multiple
photon option is a form of downshifting and opens the door for consideration of
experimental results where the higher energy gamma levels are absent, but lower
levels are seen. I am of the opinion now that gammas in the range of 50 keV
will be always be seen in LENR when proper design of the experiment permits it
(which is usually not the case).

In the Dirac “epo field” matter and antimatter are bound together as
positronium, virtual or not. This epo field is thought to be the superset of
what has previously been called the aether. The zero point field may also be a
part of this larger set. In these inter-dimensional fields, annihilation should
happen constantly, but if it does there is little trace. However, annihilation
must satisfy a number of conservation laws to proceed, including conservation
of charge, linear momentum, total energy and angular momentum. Otherwise it
simply does not happen.

The latter - angular momentum - is always a problem with rationalizing LENR
since the “before and after” spin states of reactants often do not seem to be
conserved – and it could turn out that the Casimir cavity operates by balancing
total energy and angular momentum through an inter-dimensional interface with
the epo field.

In short – if this NASA finding on the “ubiquity of antimatter” were to be
related to LENR in any way, then it might turn out that a precise dimension is
a key ingredient … and that LENR is a process for converting angular momentum
into photon energy at a cross-dimensional interface (the cavity or matrix) in
such a way that all variables in both 3-space and reciprocal space seem to be
conserved – but in a “net” sense - with some energy shifted one way at the
expense of lost angular momentum going the other way.
