I'll bet their server was overwhelmed. that happens occasionally at LENR-CANR.org. It happens when people use a program such as Web Reaper and they open ~20 channels (meaning they try to download 20 papers in the time over high-speed connection).
We are still getting a lot of traffic at LENR-CANR.org. - Jed
