Park sent his usual snide note to Frank Znidarsic the other day. I see no change in tone.

He'll never admit anything. If Rossi reveals a 1 MW reactor in a few months, Park and other hard-core opponents will say it is a fake.

If the 1 MW reactor does show up, it might cause a commotion. I hope they demonstrate it in a way that is more convincing and long lasting than the U. Bologna demonstration. The big name mass media outlets such as the New York Times and Scientific American will ignore it, but others may start to take notice.

One thing for sure about people like Park. They will never admit that cold fusion is real until the New York Times, Sci. Am., Nature, the APS and the rest of the establishment is convinced. There is no telling when that will happen. Rossi could install dozens of working reactors and still not convince them. That wouldn't bother me in the least, by the way. As long as some number of wealthy investors and big corporations are convinced and begin serious research, it makes no difference how long the New York Times holds out. We don't need the whole world to believe this in Stage 1. We just need people who, in the aggregate, control a few hundred billion dollars in ready money.

Park and others will continue their attacks. They will do all they can to block the development and destroy the reputations and careers of the researchers. But there is only so much they can do. Their influence is already fading. I can tell that from correspondence with readers at LENR-CANR.org. Rossi is already funded by people who have never heard of Robert Park. If it becomes widely known that his machine is real, many others will be funded.

It does not have to become generally known this is real, only widely known.
