Note that in slide 17 he posits the reaction sequence:-

He-4 + n => He-5
He-5 + n => He-6

however this is extremely unlikely because the lifetime of He-5 is only 7E-7
femtoseconds(!) so it simply wouldn't have time to capture a second neutron, and
furthermore it has no inclination to form in the first place because He-5 breaks
down by ejecting a neutron, so it's not likely to form by capturing one.
