Hi Jones, Here's a nice little clean (no radioisotopes) fission reaction for you, using H clusters:-)
Th232 + 8H (cluster) => Ti50 + Os190 + 183.9 MeV A fission reaction is essentially guaranteed given that for heavy metals such as Th, U etc. it doesn't take much to cause them to fission. When you add a neutron to U235, you are only adding 6.5 MeV which is apparently enough, yet when you add 8 protons to Th232 you are adding 35.7 MeV, which should be more than enough.
