There is no evidence heavy element LENR reactions create radioactive isotopes, like carbon-14. Also, fission into 3 nuclei seems unlikely. It may be of interest to know that there is a huge number of fission reactions of 108Pd + n*p = X* into ordinary and/or radioactive nuclei, if such radioactive nuclei are allowed. A list of such follows, where the radioactive product nuclei are marked with and asterisk. Note that C14 can be created by the simple reaction:

 108Pd46 + p* --> 95Nb41 * + 14C6 * + 1.527 MeV [-11.524 MeV]

I just don't think such reactions occur with observable frequency. In any case, the bifurcation fission list for 108Pd follows in case it is of interest or use in calculating subordinate reaction values.
