All nuclear plants were shut down safely. But, the cooling system of a certain reactor was stopped because all emergency power generators were broken. The risk is that the cooling water for the reactor will be boiled out and the temperature will be high. Now, some power generation cars arrive at Fukushima nuclear plant and people try to recover the cooling system. --sengaku
