Adam,

               I don't think the "relativistic"effects occurring inside
these reactors is from spatial velocity. Equivalent acceleration due to
gravity is the same as true acceleration. Both forms of acceleration can
cause time dilation and change the vacuum energy density as observed by a
non-accelerated observer (although locally they are unaware of any change in
energy density or time dilation). A spaceship approaching C or sitting in a
very deep gravity well both appear to age slower and have a higher energy
density from our non-accelerated perspective. Suppression inside a cavity
does the opposite by restricting the energy density from our perspective
such that we, outside, age slower from the perspective of an observer
inside the cavity. IMHO the accelerated reactions associated with catalytic
action is equivalent to the earth bound twin living his life and getting old
but instead of us returning to the cavity to show how we remained young it
is the reactants returning from the cavity to our frame to show how old they
have gotten relative to us. The idea is that an asymmetrical path could
result in kinetic energy being imparted to one or more of the reactants as
it coasts between different inertial frames dictated by the Casimir
geometry. If these slingshot reactants encounter a relatively stationary
object the probability of fusion is increased, even if the energy is not yet
sufficient for fusion you have the potential for anomalous energy gain by
pitting catalytic disassociation against natures desire to keep hydrogen in
its diatomic state. Once you pay the overhead to get the gas near the
disassociation threshold you can repeat the catalytic disassociation over
and over again just as you keep it contained in the randomly changing
suppression zones formed by the powders. You have to quickly extract the
heat to keep it just under the threshold or it will overheat and melt down
the geometry and reactants until the process stops like the Rayney nickel
tested by Rowan.
