I meant I though he would NEVER accomplish what he claimed.
He is late, by the way. He was saying all last year that a 1 MW reactor
would be ready Real Soon Now. ("Real Soon Now" is how programmers used to
describe projects they think will never be finished.)I guess that means he has been working on it for some time. Perhaps October is not out of the question, in that case. It isn't as if he just started. - Jed
