Curious in a way - comparatively few parking spots, most are empty - a few dozen vehicles present. Tennis courts, baseball diamond, soccer field are seemingly unused (no fresh markings) but that could be seasonal. Were they understaffed, or did some workers once live at the site itself, and/or were they already in the process of shutting this facility down? I can count 4-5 times more cars parked near San Onofre, which is a much smaller site - but of course, in both cases some workers could be arriving by bus from remote lots.
