Don't forget that there is likely to be a fair bit of free Hydrogen in a normal IC engine running on gasoline, which after all is a "Hydro"-carbon. So if H is anywhere near a reasonable catalyst, then we are likely already seeing Hydrino energy in normal combustion engines.
