PlasmERG Inc., which has demonstrated a noble gas plasma expansion motor
that can provide clean, cheap, and reliable power; is gearing up for
commercial production, pending patent approval and adequate financing.


Plasma ERG like Rossi is unsure of the exact theory but is pushing ahead
through engineering. 


Below I expanded on a recent Papp engine thread here on vortex which
proposes a Mill's like odd spectrum plasma on steroids as a result of the
changing pressure on noble gases in the combustion (or rather
non-combustion) chamber. If the odd spectrum plasma is the result of
repeated fractional/ dihydrino molecules being disassociated then it could
replace the need for combustion to expand the gases. Instead of changing
nano geometry due to skeletal pores in the alloy these same
