A new article published 4/2/11 "Noble Gas Engine Ready for Production Investment" by Sterling Allan and Hank Mills http://pesn.com/2011/04/02/9501803_Noble_Gas_Engine_Ready_for_Production_Inv estment/ chronicles the status of PlasmERG Inc., which has demonstrated a noble gas plasma expansion motor that can provide clean, cheap, and reliable power; is gearing up for commercial production, pending patent approval and adequate financing.
Plasma ERG like Rossi is unsure of the exact theory but is pushing ahead through engineering. Below I expanded on a recent Papp engine thread here on vortex which proposes a Mill's like odd spectrum plasma on steroids as a result of the changing pressure on noble gases in the combustion (or rather non-combustion) chamber. If the odd spectrum plasma is the result of repeated fractional/ dihydrino molecules being disassociated then it could replace the need for combustion to expand the gases. Instead of changing nano geometry due to skeletal pores in the alloy these same http://froarty.scienceblog.com/32178/32178/ Regards Fran
