Never happen. The Pentagon is not going to sit back and let the Chinese manufacture millions of these things while the NRC delays the introduction of the technology into the U.S. Neither will the U.S. public. The Pentagon knows perfectly well that the technology has critical military applications, as I described in my book. - Jed
