Jones - You only mention Reifenschweiler effect which decelerates
radioactive decay by about 25% while there are also claims of accelerated
radioactive decay where the radioactive gas decays at many times it's normal
rate.. The clues about changes in energy density due to Casimir geometry,
the relationship between energy density - gravitational wells and time
dilation, Naudts paper on relativistic hydrogen and "The Light Velocity
Casimir Effect" by Tom Ostoma and Mike Trushyk where the measured velocity
of light "appears" to increase due to Casimir geometry. My point is that
everything really is relative including the proper interpretation of Casimir
effect and the reactants in Catalytic action. I think we are seeing much
"older" reactants returning from catalytic reactions then go in. I think
naked protons provide an opportunity to take catalytic action [change in
Casimir geometry] to the next level and that if no "unbalanced" chemical
reactions occurred we would still get back much older hydrogen from Casimir
geometry than was put in. I think the lower energy density due to Casimir
suppression is balanced by an increased density outside the plates that
concentrates into a negative acceleration between the different density
levels - radioactive gas with an affinity for the external geometry has it's
decay rate slightly decelerated due to negative time dilation while
radioactive gas with an affinity for the cavity geometry has it's decay rate
greatly accelerated. My thought is the decay rates of radioactive gas atoms
reveals time dilation, while dilation has never even been considered for
catalytic action there are some papers mentioned previously that indicate
changes in C and energy density for Casimir geometry. You yourself, have
noted the inverse relationship between Casimir geometry in the form of nano
powders with the pores of Rayney nickel and we have papers about catalytic
action only occurring at the openings and defects in nano tube geometry -
this last gives weight to my posit that catalytic action is just change in
Casimir geometry. I think the naked hydrogen proton may have the ability to
take Casimir geometry to a super catalyst level in that it can "shrink" into
nano geometry that appears from our perspective to be smaller than the
proton itself - NOT approaching the Casimir boundaries where the field would
fall apart per Liftshitz but the boundaries themselves seem to fall away
allowing the protons to escape into a spatial volume hidden from our
perspective on our time axis. This would appear to us as the crease where
the plates come closed at the bottom of the cavity where A/a^4 time dilates
from our perspective but space opens and equivalent accelerations gyrate
wildly from a local perspective [quantum blender].

Even though I think ZPE and energy are the initial energy source based on an
asymmetrical path for h2 vs h1 between changes in energy density I don't
discount nuclear reactions in this environment because these reactions are
most probable only where the dilation is highest and the frequency
downshifting and displacement will attenuate the radiation - I am suggesting
the E-cat enjoys a relativistic shield where the Gamma radiation
Cannot propagate back to our frame and remain Gamma radiation- think
Flatlander version of twin paradox where twin on space ship is near C flying
past a planet with a radio tower - because spaceship is near C it is
oriented 90 degrees to 2d surface of planet sticking out into our 3D world
but locally unaware of it. If he sends a signal it will take years for a
short message to accumulate on the planet and the frequency will be so
woefully slow as to be undetectable. The same thing would happen if we sent
a signal to a local observer at lower energy density inside a Casimir cavity
since we become the spaceship headed into the future appearing "stationary"
from his perspective. Now consider the local observer in the cavity
initiating nuclear reactions to send a morse code message using Gamma
radiation to us - We appear to be racing away from the cavity at a
differential of near C due to negative acceleration inside the cavity. The
propagation rate become C minus near C and just like radio communications
between planet and spaceship we would have to slowly accumulate the signal -
relativistic downshift of gamma.

I don't think exotic nuclear reactions are behind the missing Gamma
radiation
but rather our understanding of catalytic action and the theory of Casimir
effect. Presently we assume the vacuum fluctuations in Casimir effect are
"upshifted" such that longer wavelengths can not exist between Casimir
boundaries and the total energy density is therefore reduced. I am proposing
a
relativistic interpretation of Casimir effect where the longer wavelengs
still
exist and the boundaries appear to shrink away into the distance for a local

observer in the cavity. This is based on the paper "Cavity QED" by Zofia
Bialynicka-Birula, another paper on Relativistic hydrogen by Jan Naudts and
"The Light Velocity Casimir Effect" by Tom Ostoma and Mike Trushyk where the

measured velocity of light "appears" to increase due to Casimir geometry. My

point is time dilation better explains the seeming increase in C calculated
by
entry and exity of light thru a cavity, it also gives an alternate
explanation
of "fractional" hydrogen orbits in this environment as a relativistic effect

unseen by the local observer inside the cavity AND it would explain the
missing
radiation as not only "DOWNshifted" but also attenuation since the
"contraction" we observe remotely is actually spatial displacement locally.
We
are trained to think of relativistic effects as requiring near luminal
velocity
to INCREASE vacuum energy density before dilation can occur but it would
appear
that Casimir supression can REDUCE vacuum energy density by doing just the
opposite - spatial confinement - de- celeration or even "negative"
acceleration
AND instead of slowing time from our perspective it accelerates
it.http://froarty.scienceblog.com/32155/relativistic-interpertation-of-casim

blog does not speak to the nuclear paths but I am convinced this
relativistic
interpretation and energy density pumping above and below the disassociation

threshold for h2 provides the initiating environment that makes otherwise
improbable nuclear reactions probable.See my blog "Gas property of constant
