Whereas Galantini and various other experts are absolutely certain that it does. I wouldn't know.

The issue is moot, because the Feb. 10 test proves the first test was right. I have no reason to doubt the other two. The figures published today are probably an over-estimate because the steam wasn't perfectly dry. But it may have been an underestimate because this technique will not capture all of the heat from the cell, even with the insulation.
