Hello group,

On a thread about Rossi-Focardi's Energy Catalyzer in the Italian forum EnergeticAmbiente.it [1], skeptic users are puzzled by a statement coming from people involved in the latest E-Cat calorimetry measurements (it's assumed it's from either Rossi or Levi), which in English reads like this:

"[...] then, [the skeptics] should get a high school physics textbook and check out if [liquid] water can exist at atmospheric pressure at 100.1° C [...]"

It appears from this excerpt that Levi/Rossi are assuming that water comes out of the E-Cat at 1 atm pressure and that it contains no impurities (Italian tap water is often quite rich of mineral content). The skeptics' argument is that this is further confirmation of severe output heat overestimation during April 19th and 28th tests.

I don't think I am knowledgeable enough to discuss in detail the calculations involved, but what do other people here think about this possible issue?

Cheers,
S.A.
