I stand corrected. The reactor was not connected to the hydrogen source. Could it be that over the years, Rossi is feeling around for the best way to control his reaction, and that pulsing pressure item got into the patent at an earlier time? Let be adjust, pulse pressure is one possible control mechanism among many other possibilities.
