He has not said - for example I made an radical improvement of the existing system- and brought energy from the tens of Watts to the kilowatts level. No, he made something entirelly different! For a patent now he has the obligation to show that his technology is different. Maybe it is, maybe not.
Focardi has told again he does not know what the secret catalyst is- however if I remember correctly -he spoke about ADDITIVES (more plausble but not so impressive as a catalyst- white magic). But this is again a risky and clumsy statement- why not: "surely i know it well, I have seen it tested, optimized, working long term. Rosssi found it. But neither Rossi, nor I will not say- it's secret, basta!" He is in a bad position with claiming ignorance.
