or where the "peer review" comes from.

Still can't find that one

That was my speculation based on what I read between the lines of a short poem in a blog post there [1], supposed to explain in a purposely very cryptic manner what happened on April 21st. There has never been explicit (or even implicit) mention of a paper by E&K submitted to a peer reviewed journal.

Già rima sull'intonaco una crepa
del peer review le invalicabil mura.
Del tempo passerà e poi l'ecatto
confermerà la sua vera natura.

Il secolo decimonono venne
da Mendeleev la Tavola inventata
ma solo non dall'elemento Nickel
la sigla Enne-i oggi è vantata.

Which google translates as :

Already a rhyme on the plaster crack
peer review of the impassability walls.
Time will pass and then the eCATT
confirm its true nature.

The nineteenth century was
by Mendeleev invented the Table
but not by the element Nickel
En-i of the symbol is now claimed.

!!!!  Mystery solved.  Thanks. !!!
