Jeff Driscoll has put up a website that introduces himself to alternative energy enthusiasts - and helps the layperson understand Randell Mills' CQM theory.
http://zhydrogen.com/ The goal of the website is to find funding for both initial experiments and eventually to start a company and license and possible improve the technology from BLP and Randell Mills. He may have to wait until BLP becomes better known, or more publicity oriented - unless he is lucky enough to find a common denominator between Mills and Rossi. Jones
