If I were a government employer positioned in a high supervisory/managerial role charged with the responsibility of securing affordable energy for my country I would have discussed information gathering procedures with intelligence gathering agencies. I would have then sent discrete observers who know how to blend in with the indigenous population over to Xanthi Greece to investigate Rossi's claims. I would have done so long ago.
